Taking your dog for a walk two times every day will double that number. Try walking to your office if you live fairly close to it.

Naturally, if your office is a couple of hours away, you may not want to try walking that far–unless you\’re getting ready for a marathon! A 30 minute walk to your office is possible and if you walk to work and back, you\’ll be walking for an hour a day.
