Tight Pants Aggravate Cellulite

When you can’t enjoy the summer, don’t want to be caught in a swimming suit, and or can’t wait until it’s cold enough to put those jeans back on, then something is wrong.

Cellulite- it robs us of our dignity and makes us want to hide, unfortunalty at the temperature raises so do the hems or our skirts and pants…its swimsuit season and you should be able to enjoy it. Typically women have cellulite that more visible than on a man.

All too many give up with the thought of looking good as they get older, but the heart still beats and as it is one of the strongest muscles in the body it needs to be exercised. Cellulite is not fat but the appearance of fat, where toxins have built up; exercise can also help to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

There are simple things you can do to get moving and increase circulation in the body. If your body is not used to any kind of exercise you could just start by taking small walks, move your arms from your side up and down a few times, march in place. Blood flow will increase detoxifying your body; your lungs will fill with air allowing for better breathing, which in turn helps you sleep. Really there is no down side to exercising, and as for your skin, those blotchy cellulite bumps will smooth some.

Never let any health care provider talk you into something you are not comfortable doing. Start slowly and if they offer an exercise program in your community or health care center take advantage of the class- attend. If you are not comfortable with the moves, stand in back and do what you can, the point it to do something and do your best.

You can live a long healthy life, free of pain and the appearance of growing old when you take time out for yourself to get on a path to healthy living. Set goals for yourself to only eat healthy, and challenge yourself to move a little each day. You will see positive improvements in how you feel almost immediately.

Many lapse because their mindset is for immediate results, but remember how long it took you to get to this “look”, so change your unrealistic expectations, change your habits a little at a time, and before you know it you will have the body that’s to be shown off in the summer.

Don’t blame your mom, your neighbor, your boss; take charge of your life. Start small, and work your way into a healthier happy you one day at a time, because you are worth it!
